Rates are per apartment per night, in CNY, for two adults. Availability changes daily; the figure you see is what the operator is publishing at the moment you ask.
Two kinds of price, and why they differ

| Short stay | 1–28 nights | Sold by the night on live inventory. The rate shown here is the operator's current published price, including breakfast where the rate plan does. Taxes and any service charge are confirmed at the time of booking. |
| Long stay | One month or more | Priced per residence against a lease, not per night. A monthly lease typically costs well below 30 nights at the nightly rate, sometimes with utilities and weekly housekeeping bundled in. We ask the residence directly and come back with a written quote. |
Because the two bases are not comparable, we never multiply a nightly rate by 30 and present it as a monthly rent. If you are planning to stay a month or longer, use the enquiry link below instead — it will get you a real number.
